Schedule

Our buildings are usually delivered to your site within 6 to 8 weeks after details are finalized and your order is placed. Compare this to
conventionally built projects, which may take a year or more to complete. The uncertain nature of scheduling most "stick-built" projects
can cause coordination problems and financial nightmares for buyers. When our buildings are delivered, they arrive more than 90% complete
with only a small amount of finish and connection work remaining. You can rest assured that your building will be delivered as promised,
without any unforeseen delays, cost overruns or scheduling problems. We take pride in satisfying our customers.

Cost

Our buildings cost less because we efficiently manage the entire budget process without any of the problems of traditional construction.
The factory makes large volume purchases directly from manufacturers and this advantage is passed on to the consumer.

efficiency and speed. Components are nailed, screwed and glued together for improved strength and long-term durability. All of our buildings are
completely insulated and caulked, ensuring a lifetime of energy efficiency and savings.
All the materials used in the construction of conventionally built structures are exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions on site.
Beside causing delays, the exposure of materials to the elements can result in severe damage and impaired performance and integrity.

Why the (SIP) Modular Building Systems are vastly Superior

Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) are high performance building panels used in floors, walls, and roofs for residential and light commercial buildings.
The panels are typically made by sandwiching a core of rigid-core insulation between two structural skins of oriented strand board (OSB).
Other skin material can be used for specific purposes. SIP's are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be custom designed for each home.
The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective.
Building with SIP's, will save you time, money, labor and increase profits.
The Brick & Mortar system simply does not work anymore - thats like trying to build a warship or spaceship out of concrete.
Even modern skyscrapers are huge steel & composite-board structures, with a skin or cladding exterior.
Our modular homes are built in climate-controlled environments, eliminating on-site damage, building delays, theft, vandalism.


Due to the unprecedented growth in the developing world
, we consulted with our various friends & colleagues in the FEMA/HUD
sectors in the USA, to see if we could apply some of their vast experience & expertise to help solve these issues. What did arise
was their ability to deliver very quickly to market, a great product, at a very reasonable price. What is critical  is these structures
will withstand hurricane force winds, earthquakes, storms, rain, gales, typhoons - literally anything that mother nature can dish-up.  
These structures should have a nominal 30 year lifespan.
To this end, we are prepared to offer a 'no quibble' 20 year warranty on every home.
Currently, we are capable of delivering +20,000 pieces per month, which can be ramped up to 40,000 pieces per month.


It does not end there - we are able to apply the concept to not only housing, but to modular warehousing, office buildings,
workshops, aircraft hangers, silos, fuel & oil storage, as well as grain, corn, wheat, storage, etc.

We have further expanded the product range - after further consultations with our partners in the USA - have decided to market
several more entry homes in SKD or semi-knock-down versions - to make assembly quicker, less expensive and reduce initial capital outlay
We will offer - in addition to our featured models - three more models that do not have all the bells & whistles of the previous.
The entry-level SKD homes will be 50 sq metres, 80 sq metres, 120 sq metres,  respectively.  
Here are a few examples - from very hi-end Cape Cod models to very basic houses, designed for emerging markets.
If we can design & build custom, modular homes that are this beautiful, imagine how good our basic utility model is.
All the materials and technology are well proven globally, simply adapted to the housing markets where we need to save construction
time, costs, labor, plus get the product on the ground expeditiously. Some of the homes on this site look like custom-built, one off, show
houses on a very expensive California, Orange County real estate. They are not - they are regular production homes.
