In addition to our Airline Consulting, we offer input into Airport

appropriate A.O.D.B system (Airport Operating Database management
System).
This
database considers all the prevailing factors which have a bearing upon
the airport profitability -
including but not limited to:
- Current physical
and logistical status of the airport development
- Current I.T. status
- Number of domestic
and international carriers that frequent the airport.
- LCN status of the
runway
- Available
Government funding
AIRCRAFT - PURCHASE or LEASE
Many factors influence the decision process but basically these can be
broken
down into three main areas:
- Aircraft Usage
- Organizational
Structure
- Financial Status
Aircraft Usage
Seasonal
variations in aircraft capacity do obviously cause issues, either not
enough aircraft or too many aircraft
- one way to overcome the shortfall in
aircraft during the peak seasons is to utilize an ACMI lease agreement
for
the
extra aircraft - one can usually deploy surplus low season
aircraft to
a peak season airline - when required. ........ more

Additionally,
we are able to offer a full BOT
funding for the entire project
BOT (Build Operate Transfer)
BOT is prevalent in both the infrastructure of major projects and
in public & private partnership.
In the BOT framework a third party, say a private sector
entity, designs and builds infrastructure
as well as operate and maintain these facilities for a certain period.
During this period the private party has the responsibly to raise the
finance for the project and is
entitled to retain all revenues generated by the project but is not the
owner of the regarded facility.
The facility will be then transferred to the public administration at
the end of the concession
agreement, without any remuneration of the private entity involved.
Some or even all of the
following different parties could be involved in any BOT project.
