New B787-9 Completes 'Flawless' First Flight

We have added snippets of Aerospace News and interesting developments from the Aircraft & Financial Sectors -  could they even co-exist without each
other - as events evolve, often it is merely a simple idea to spark a new concept that can have a huge impact on society. These are brief summaries with
the relevant URL included for reference - technology today has totally encompassed our lives - it has blurred the lines between all our frontiers as we go
'live' - 24/7 - we try to stay at the top of the heap when it comes to the latest & greatest in aviation & finance - we source aircraft from around the world
OEM, Off Market, Spot Market, Equity Party Partners, Banks, as well as various defaulting Airlines who need to make peace with either, or both of the
current Duopoly players - as with any major brand, it is more often than not availability, rather than costs of goods - we source aircraft everywhere 24/7.

B777-300ER - the ultimate long haul aircraft with an almost perfect flight record of almost zero fatalities until San Francisco recently - which was all stupid
pilot error - the aircraft features upgrades to the flight deck displays, an electronic bleed air system and fly-by-wire spoiler flight controls, amongst others.

We have several late 2013 slots available, plus a couple more slots in early 2014 - it seems a long way out, but the early bird always catches all the worms

just announced firm configuration for the 737 MAX 8. That means defining the design requirements that will make the MAX the most fuel-efficient
in the single-aisle market. The configuration includes new LEAP-1B engines from CFM, redesigned tail cone and Advanced Technology Winglets.

The airplane will also feature upgrades to the flight deck displays, an electronic bleed air system and fly-by-wire spoiler flight controls.

Final assembly of the 737 MAX 8 is scheduled to begin in 2015 with first delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2017.

Congratulations to the team in Renton on this milestone and for accumulating 1,495 MAX orders to date.

We hope you enjoyed all of these new images of the MAX 8 and the entire MAX family.

The first ever 787-9 is now sporting a brand new livery.

''A Boeing 787 Dreamliner operated by Ethiopian Airlines caught fire at London's Heathrow airport on Friday in a fresh blow for the US plane maker.

Heathrow briefly closed both its runways to deal with the fire which broke out while the aircraft was parked at a remote stand.

There were no passengers aboard the plane.

It was not clear if the fire was related to the batteries, which led to the worldwide grounding of the 787 in January.

Pictures from Heathrow showed an area just in front of the tail that appeared to be scorched.

It arrived at Heathrow from Addis Ababa in the early hours of Friday, according to the Flightradar monitoring site.

The plane was due to make the return journey later on Friday.

Asked whether the incident could lead to the renewed grounding of 787s, a spokesman for Britain's Civil Aviation Authority said

decisions on the airworthiness of particular models of plane were made by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

An EASA spokesman said it was too early to say whether the aircraft would be grounded again.

Several airlines said they were continuing to operate their 787s, including ANA, Japan Airlines, LOT and United.''
